   I find Northern Thailand far more charming than the south, perhaps due to the insane and reckless tourism in practice down there. The north still retains a lot of the old Thai charm and feels less distressing as a result.
   I recently came back from doing the Mae Hong Son loop, and your photos took me right back to the wonderful experiences!

      You are right. Northern and Central Thailand is amazing. The party is always somewhere but the main focus is on nature and beautiful temples. We loved Sukhotai and Chiang Rai in particular for that!
